(COMMISSIONER ACTION ITEM)
This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
The Commission (with all Commissioners concurring) has accepted your recommendation to import from Swaden 92, 281 kilograms of uranium, enriched to 3.3% U-235, in the form of UO2 pellets contained in zircaloy fuel rods.
The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on April 20, 1979.
It is requested that you provide notification of the issuance and delivery of this license to Westinghouse by c.c.b. April 24, 1979.
