This letter is in response to the finding noted in the referenced inspection report received April 2, 1979, regarding the inspection con-ducted at the CNFP by Mr. J. S. C. Robertson of your staff on February 26 - March 1, 1979.
In the course of the referenced inspection, one apparent item of noncompliance was identified.
Since the response is exempt from dis-closure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d), specific discussion of these findings is being forwarded as Attachment I to this letter.
