5 2. OESCt!PTION OF AmfNomtNT/mCotFICATION Reference is made to your letter of April 6,1979, wherein you requested to
-extend the subject contract for the period April 30, 1979 through May 3, 1979, 1
with no additional funding required.
This modification constitutes acceptance of your offer by the Covernment and the contract is hereby amended as follows:
ARTICLE II - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
is hereby amended to extend the contract for the period April 30, 1979 through May 31,19:'9, and to read as follows:
" Performance of this contract shall begin on February 23, 1979, and shall not extend beyond May 31, 1979, unless the period is further extended by amendment of the contract."
