Bulletin 79-05B Reply Sir:
The Sacramento Municipal Utility District received Bulletin 79-05B on April 21, 1979. The bulletin requested a reply within 14 days concerning items 1, 2, 4 and 6.
These items involve operating procedure changes to systems that are being modified as described in the District's letter to Mr. Harold R. Denton on April 27, 1979. The letter requires a Rancho Seco shutdown for training, procedure changes and system modifications.
Since the commitments of April 27, 1979, will result in revised operating procedures, the District requests an extension to the reply date of Bulletin 79-05B.
The answers to Bulletin 79-05B will be provided to you prior to reactor startup following the April 28, 1979, shutdown.
Sincerely,,
