This is in response to your letter dated April 5,1979, in which you requested pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, transcripts of the closed Commission meeting regarding Three f1ile Island, Unit 2 from tiarch 28, 1979 to April 5,1979, the date of your letter.
This confirms several telephone calls with you in which Carol Ann Reed of my staff informed you that the closed Commission meetings regarding Three f1ile Island did not begin until flarch 30,1979 and that the transcripts for meetings held from March 30 through April 5 are available for purchase in our NRC Public Document Roon located at 1717 H Street, fl.W., Washington, DC.
This completes action on your request.
