Dear Sir or Madam,

I am currently engaged in doing research for a court case involving the Big Rock Point Nuclear Reactor Facility (License # DPR-6).Having used what information I could in the available material at the public documents room of the Charlevoix Public Library, I have need of additional information as follows:(This request is made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act,

1. A plan or blueprint of the plant as originally construtcted, and current design of the plant due to modifications.
2. Record of information pertaining to application for and /or grants, loans for operational expenses / modifications of Big Rock Point Nuclear Reactor.
3. Draft and/or final environmental statements.
4. Any and all safety evaluation reports.
5. Summary of hearings from 1971-1974 in concerns with Big Rock Point'and of grave importance, Transcripts of hearings and correspondence concerning lifetime exemption status granted on reg D ations passed by A.E.C in 1972.
6. Reportable occurances from January of 1968 to June of 1976 or at least reportable occurances files from 1970 to June 1976.
7. Operating status report from january 1970 to June 1976.

I have consulted with the head librarian and was advised to write directly to you. If you wish to have this information available in the library, I am sure we could arrange it.
