Dear Sirs /5fadams:

e t6 It is my understanding that General Electric has now made its final submittal to the NRC regarding the results of its geologic investigations,

. analyses and reactor plant modifications at structural Nuclear Center in Pleas.anton, California.

Though it is still General Electric's contention that the shear-like structures found at the site are the result of large-scale landsliding, that it appears the possibility of tectonic faulting is no longer rejected.

In light of this, to the existence of active faults around the testand the large body o I feel it 4 valuation Reportis imperative that the NRC issue a Final Safety
