License No. 03-15981-02 Notice of Violation Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on January 18, 1979, certain activities appear to be in noncompliance with NRC regulations as indicated below:
Contrary to 10 CFP, 71.51(a), a description of the quality assurance program was not filed by January 1,1979, with the Director, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safequards, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555.
This is an infraction.
