My all too brief visit to Athens was both pleasant and productive, thanks to your assistance and warm hospitality. I was particularly pleased to have the opportunity to meet with you and Dr. Chrysochoidas to discuss our new Arrangement and nuclear safety matters. The opportunity to visit even briefly your fine research facilities at Democritos for the signing ceremony was much appreciated. I know that the nuclear safety cooperation which our Arrangement establishes will be most valuable to both Greece and the United States. Thank you for the delightful dinner.
