Thank you for your letter of January 8,1979, in response to our letter dated November 30, 1978. As a result of our review of your January 8, 1979 letter, and discussion with you by telephone on February 1,1979, we find that additional infonnation is needed.
Specifically, we need to know the corrective action which will be taken to avoid using survey instruments which have not been calibrated within the previous three (3) month interval.
You should, therefore, submit this information within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
