Thank you for your letter dated February 1, 1979, advising us of a 2,150 mr whole body exposure to one of your employees and of the corrective ac,tihn which you have taken to prevent a recurrence.
As provided for by Section 2.790(a)(6) of the NRCs " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, disclosure of informa-tion such as name, social security number, and date of birth of an individual is considered to constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Accordingly, the copy of your letter which has been placed in the NRC's Public Document Room as required by 10 CFR 2.790 has been edited to delete the above described individual identification information.
Your cooperation with us is appreciated. We will examine this matter during a future inspection.
