Briefing by DOE on Status of INFCE November 2, 1978 Pursuant to 10 CFR 9.108 (c) and 9.104 (a) (1), the Commission determined that the subject transcript should be withheld from public disclosure until the conclusion of the Inter-national Fuel Cycle Evaluation (INFCE). At that time the transcript, pursuant to 10 CFR 9.108 (d) shall be reviewed to determine whether any portions of the transcript may be released to the public; any such portions shall be made promptly available.
