Dear Mr. Keppler,
Zion Station will be performing Inservice Inspection activities on Unit 2 during the upcoming refueling outage.
The inspections will include manual ultrasonic, dye-pene-trant, eddy-current and visual inspections of Class 1 and 2 components.
These inspections are presently scheduled to begin March 9, 1979 and will extend through approximately April 17, 1979.
We expect to have the detailed inspection program and procedures available by the last week of February for pre-inspection review by your staff.
