Che=-Nuclear Systems, In:. respectfully requests an administrative amendment to Certificate of Compliance No. 6244 (CNS 4-85) Rev. 1 dated July 25, 1978 to reflect an update of Dwg. No. N-69-12-438, Revision B.
Eight copies of Revision C are enclosed.
Drawing changes are as follows:

Zone A-1 Revised SH 4 of 4 callout to SH 1 of 1 2.
Zone C-2 Added torque values to 5/8" and 3/4" bolts - 50 to 70 ft lbs for 5/8" bolts and 75 to 100 ft lbs for 3/4" bolts.
3.
Zone E-8 Added length and grade of 5/8" bolt to read: 5/3 - 11 UNC Th'd x 1 1/4" LG. Hx. Hd. bolt, Grade 5, 8 places 4.
Zone F-8 Added length and grade of 3/4" bolt to read:
3/4 - 10 UNC Thr'd x 3" LG. Hx Hd. Bolt, Grade 5, 24 places As required by Section 170.31 of 10 CFR 170, our check in the amount of $150.00.
