In regards to your order dated March 13, 1979, the Authority plans the following course of action:

(a)

The reactor coolant temperature shall be maintained below 212 F and the reactor shall be maintained sub-critical.

(b)

We plan to perform normal testing including cold hydrostatic testing and maintenance following approved procedures.
