Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc., respectfully reauests an administrative change to Certificate of Compliance No. 63b, Revision No. 5 dated August 29, 1978. The requested change is to reflect an update to Drawing No. 00-000-52 Revision O.
Copies of the updated Revision A are enclosed.
A surnary of the changes to the drawing is provided below:
(1) Added four lugo at the top of the container (structurally sound change)
(2) Circunferential and longitudinal weld grind notes to agree with Drawing No. 00-000-554, Revision B (structurally sound change)
In accordance with 10 CFR 170, a check in the amount of $150.00 is enclosed.
