Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc., respectfully requests an administrative change to Certificate of Compliance No. 5805, Revision No. 7.
The requested change is to reflect updates of drawings numbered, MOD-139-1, Rev. D; 0999-D-03, Rev. G and 0999-D-07, Rev. F.
Copies of the updated drawings are attached as revision E, H and G respective' 7.
A summary of the changes to the drawings is provided be., m:
(1) Drawing MOD-139-1, Rev. E - changes 0 - ring diameter from 1/4" to 3/8".
(2) Drawing 0999-D-03 Rev. H - added stop (structually sound change).
(3) Drawing 0999-D-07, Rev. G - to reflect as-built condition (structually sound change)
In accordance with the provision of 10 CFR 170, a check in the amount of
$150.00 is enclosed.
