This is in response to your letter of February 15, 1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, records relating to the possibility that a foreign agent operated within the Atomic Energy Commission during the 1960's; and records relating to whether or not an individual specified in your letter was suspected of operating as a foreign agent while he was at the AEC or serving in the Congress.

The NRC has located no documents subject to your request.
