(b) BG&E letter dated 2/23/79 from Lundvall to Reid, Fourth Cycle License Application.
Gentlemen:
Reference (a), which submits the final Combustion Engineering small break LOCA analysis assuming no charging pump flow, is hereby included as Supplement No. 2 to the Calvert Cliffs Unit No.1 Fourth Cycle Reload Application, Reference (b).
We have determined that this letter constitutes supplementary info:mation pertaining to a previously submitted amendment request pursuant to 10 CFR Part 170 and that no additional fee is required.
Likewise, our letter dated thrch 5, 1979, which submitted Supplement No. 1 to Reference (b), is determined to be supplementary information and requires no additional fee.
