Enclosed you will find a proof of service *which should be attached to the petition for leave to intervene for the-League of Women Voters of Rockford, Illinois regarding the Operating License for the Byron Station, Docket Nos. 50-454 and 50-455.
Since I am unf amiliar with the corrct procedure and have not consult-ed an attorney, I am not sure whether or not this Affidavit is needed.
Because Commonwealth Edison questioned my authority to speak for the League, I decided to send the affidavit and hope that, if needed, it will be accepted at this date.

Ethel McGreevey made the motion that the annual meeting be held April 26, 1979.
Chris Garvin seconded the motion.
It was voted upon and carried.

guide.
Jeanne Connally seconded the motion.
It was voted upon and carried.
Barb Herbig made the motion that the Treasurer receive board authorize to pay the bills.
Ethel seconded the motion.
It was voted upon and carried.
Betty Johnson made the motion that the League file a petition for leave to intervene in the proceeding for an operating license of the Commonwealth Edison Nuclear Plant in Byron.
Francis Sapp seconded the motion.
