-your letter. I would ask that future requests for information be directed to Staff counsel rather than to the Staff itself.

With regard to your request that the NRC Staff furnish copies of any I
- responses provided by the Applicant to the Staff questions, it is my understanding that the information solicited by the Staff will be provided
- by the Applicant in the form of an amendment to the Applicant's Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). It is also my understanding that Suffolk County as a party to the proceeding is routinely served with FSAR amend-a ments as they are issued. This being the casa, the Staff sees no need '
to honor your request to provide you with a copy of this information..
