(COMMISSIONER ACTION ITEM)
This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Transnuclear, Incorporated. The Commission (with all Commissioners concurring) has accepted your recommendation to export to Canada 5.297 kilograms of uranium, enriched to 93.3% U-235, in the form of metallic uranium.
The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on February 23, 1979.
It is requested that you provide written notification of the issuance and delivery of this license to Transnuclear by c.o.b. February 27, 1979.
