1. On Page 4, Section 4.b, the table entitled, " Record review of in core SNM inventory;"

2. On Page 5, Section 5.a, the table entitled, "The irradiations performed included:"

3. On Page 6, Section 5.a, the first paragraph on the page dealing with the quantity of FPM targets irradiated.

4. On Page 7, Section 5.b, the table on the top of the page dealing with the location and weight of FPM targets.
