. version will ever be published. The sabotage issue was the subject of
' an earlier. letter dated January 24.1979 to this Board which transmitted
' ~, certain Caussission reports and a copy of SAND 77-1927 entitled " Transport
- of Radionuclides,in Urban Environs
- Working Draft Assessment".
