ORDER DENYING mrION TO WAIVE REQUIREtENTS OF 10 CFR S2.708 (February 22, 1979)
The Consolidated Intervenors filed a motion dated February 8, 1979 requesting the Board to waive the double spacing requirements of 10 CFR S2.708(b). The alleged savings fran reducing the nunber of pages to be filed is outweighed by the eyestrain resulting fran reading solid pages of single-spaced text. We also note that the Consolidated Intervenors have not filed a large volume of papers, whether measured in relative or absolute terms. Accordingly, the untion is denied.
