- N/71 Safeguards Branch Insoection Summary Inspection on January 17-19, 1979, (Recort No. 70-008/79-02)
Areas Inspected: Routine unannounced material safeguards inspection of facility organization; facility operation; measurement and statis-tical controls; shipping and receiving; storage and internal control; inventory; records and reports and management and materials control.
The inspection involved 34 inspector-hours on site by two NRC inspectors.
Results: Of the eight areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance or deviations were identified in seven areas; one apparent item of noncompliance / deficiency - failure to dispatch Form NRC-741 for external shipments and offsite burials on the same day material was shipped.
