INSURANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICE SUITE 202-208 GUNN BLDG.

S06 E. LIBERTY STREET ANN ARBOR 48109 (313) 764-9294 February 23, 1979 Mr. Ira Dinitz Anti-Trust & Indemnity Division Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulations SUBJ: Indemnity Agreement E-24 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Administration Washington, D. C.

Dear Mr. Dinity,

This letter is a follow-up on the conversation we had this morning concerning the addition of our nuclear waste storage building to Indemnity Agreement E-24.

My understanding is that you will add the below described location to our Agreement which will then qualify it for the excess Federal indemnity limit above our insured $250,000.

The building to be added is:

North University Building 1205 North University Street Ann Arbor, Michigan 48109 Within this building, room number 1112 is used to store liquid wastes and room number 1118 is used to store solid wastes.

Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help.

If additional information is needed, please contact me at the above.

Sincerely, Richard D. Horning Assistant Insurance & Risk Manager cc: J. Toot - A & A 90\\
