Transcrint of Discussion of Testimonv 3efore The House Foreign Af f airs Corr.ittee February 7, 1979 Pursuant to 10 CFR 9.108(c), the Commission determined that the subject transcript should be withheld frcm public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 9.104 (a) (1) and (a) (9) until Congress has taken final action on proposed legislation defining U.S.
relations with Taiwan, or the end of the current Congress.
At that time, the Commission shall review the transcript pursuant to 10 CFR 9.108 (d), and make available any portions of the transcript containing information not exempt from public disclosure.
