Dear Mr. Partlow and Mr. McCorkle:
The attachment defines a proposal which eliminates the need for exemptions to be granted regarding excess material over 1 kilogram at VNC's several plants.
'e reauest strong consideration of the proposal and the supporting logic before proceeding with any other approaches.
As the enclosed contains proprietary information concerning the safeguarding of SNM, GE-VNC requests that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
