This refers to the Albuquerque Operations Office letter dated January 30, 1979 in response to our request for additional information for the Models Nos. AL-M3 and AL-M6 packages.

This reply was not responsive to the information requested in our letter of November 1, 1978.

For example, the requirements of 10 CFR 671.42 were not addressed.

Also, supportive information was not provided for the following:

assessment of the 30-foot free drop, containment capability and the Fissile Class I requirement.

Finally, the necessary eight (8) copies of all informa-tion for each package design which we need to complete our distribution were not provided.

Please advise us within thirty (30) days if you plan to provide the informa-tion as requested in our letter of November 1, 1978.
