Dear Mr. Slocum:
This is in response to your letter dated April 12, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Informaton Act, access to records not in the NRC Public Document Room regarding Genoa, Point Beach and Kewaunee nuclear power plants located in Wisconsin.
In a telephone conversation on May 2 with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of NRC, you stated that the NRC Region III staff had provided your reporters satisfactory access to the documents co.<ered by your request.
With respect to your telephone inquiry regarding access to documents relating to the Zion facilities, this confirms Mr. Isaacs' guidance that you make similar arrangements with the Region III staff as you did for the records on the three Wisconsin plants.
