Docket No. 50-288 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-52 AMENDMENT NO. 9 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-52, between The Reed Institute (Reed College) and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated June 4, 1968, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount
"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
