In response to your Freedom of Infonrotion Request of April 6,1979, i.
I have enclosed a copy of the memo you referenced in your letter.
I know of no other relevant material responsive to your r(quest.
There are a lot of old documents on the SL-1 accident and its investigation, but Dr. Hanauer says that none he has seen (a lorig time ago) treat this aspect.
The 1971 memo was based on conversations not now traceable.
