Dear Ms. Ragan:
This is in further response to your letter dated February 19, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the RFP and the winning technical proposal for the contract NRC 79-035.
As I informed you in my letter dated March 21, 1979, we asked SAI to rejustify their proprietary claim for the four documents listed in Appendix A.
SAI has now completed its review, and has decided to additionally release sections 1 and 6 of these documents.
Copies of sections 1 and 6 of each of the four documents in Appendix A are enclosed.
This completes NRC action on your F0IA request.
