Bechtel Power Corporation Los Angeles Power Division Docket No. 99900521/79-01 Notice of Deviation Based on the results of our NRC inspection conducted on February 26-March 1,1979, it appeared that certain of your activities were not con-ducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below:
The Bechtel Power Corporation, Los Angeles Power Division, letter dated January 15, 1979, in response to Inspection Report No. 99900521/78-03, comnitted to revising Section 11 (Specifications) of the Project Internal Procedures Manual by January 29, 1979, to allow the project engineer to authorize time extensions for incorporation of Specification Change No-tices when justified.
Contrary to the above, Section 11 of this Project Internal Procedures Manual was not revised by January 29, 1979, as committed.
Corrective action and preventive measures were completed during the in-spection; therefore, no written response to this deviation is required.
