On August 10, 1979, we sent IE Bulletin 79-19, " Packaging of Low-Level Radic-active klaste for Transport and Burial", to you for information and action.
Item 9 of that Bulletin required you to report, in writing, within 45 days of receipt of the Bulletin, your plan of action and schedule with regard to Items 1 through 8 of the-Bulletin.
Thus far, we do not have a record of your response to the Bulletin.
You are reminded that such response is required.
