In response to your letter of April 6,1979, concerning the use of !!odel i;o. TiFS-4 packaging for the shipment of nuclear fuel, Florida Power Corporation does not plan to utilize this cask in the near future.
However, upon making a decision to utilize this cask again, we will assure that the f1RC has completed their determination as to the compliance with Certificate of Compliance No. 6698.
