Mr. Raymond L. Dickeman 13421 N.E. 36th Street Bellevue, Washington 98004

Dear Ray:

Thanks for your most interesting and thoughtful letter of April 16th, j

and for your offer of assistance.

As you can imagine, the aftermath of Three Mile Island is just beginning, g

and with a Presidential Commission, Congressional Investigations, the g

General Accounting Office and our own investigations getting in high j

gear, the Commission's full attention will be focused on Three liile Island 1

for many months to come.

The Energy Center concept was studied rather extensively a couple of years 3

ago, but has not been very actively pursued since, that I know of.

I would be interested in hearing of any new developments in that area but, as I noted, we are too heavily committed at this time to do much now.

I am taking the liberty of sending a copy of your resume to the other j

Cornissioners for their review.

Your interest is very much appreciated.

I I

Sincerely, k _.
