- 12. DescrirTION OF Aeat NDaat NT/MODriCAfiON Reference is made to your letter of April 4,1979, wherein you requested to extend the subject contract for the period May 30, 1979 through June 30, 1979, with no additional funding required.
Reference is also made to your request to substitute Mr. Charles F. Revell in lieu of Mr. Ronald G. Wasson as Principal Engineer.
This modification constitutes acceptance of your offer by the Government and the contract is hereby amended as follows:
Article II - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE - is hereby amended to extend the contract for the period tiay 30, 1979 through June 30, 1979, and to read as follows:
"The period of performance shall commence February 15, 1979, and end on June 30, 1979."
