PIEASE TAKE NOTICE that a conference with counsel will be held at the Nuclear Regulatory Com::ission's Hearing Room on May 15-17, 1979, comaencing ar 9:00 a.m., local tire, the location is 4350 East West High;eay, 5th Floor,
' Sedesda, Maryland 20014.
This cenference will consider the briefs and responses filed by the parties at the request of the Board conceming the scope and adequacy of the Staislaus antitrust emmit:nents, previously negotiated between PG6E and the Depawt of Justice. Counsel will also be heard on the objections to PG6E's fourth set of interrogatories and uctions for protective order, filed by the other parties.
A detailed analysis will also be made of the nature and extent of discovery and docu::ent production to date, and of the contirming justifi-cation therefor. Any other pending uctions (including deposition requests) r11 also be considered by the Board, as well as additional scheduling ratters.
