This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Edlow International Company.

The Comnission (with four Commissioners concurring and Commissioner Gilinsky noting without objection) has accepted your recommendation to import from Japan 115 kilograms t uranium, enriched to 86.0% U-235, in the form of irradiated MTR fuel elements.

The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on May 8,1979.

It is requested that you provide notification of the issuance and delivery of this license to Edlow by c.o.b. May 11, 1979.
