Thank you for your letter of April 6, 1979, informing us of additional action you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance concerning activities under NRC License No.
47-01163-20 brought to your attention in our letter of January 17, 1978.
With reference to the telephone discussion between R. L. Woodruff of this office and Dr. Stephen T. Slack, RSO, we understand that two additional radioactive scaled sources in your possession have been identified as not being on your broad license. We further understand that Dr. Slack has sent an amendment application to our Radioisotope Licensing Branch, requesting that these two additional sealed sources be added to your license. We will examine your corrective actions and plans during subsequent inspection.
