This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. Lorenzo Wilborn of this office on March 19 and 20,1979, of the activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 15-06209-01 and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. Wilborn with Mr. H. W. Rogers on March 20, 1979.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under the license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations, and the conditions of the license.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, independent measurements and observations by the inspector.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were found during the inspection.
Mr. Wilborn also reviewed the action you had taken with respect to two items of noncompliance observed during our previous inspection, which was condu.:ted May 9 and 10,1978.
He verified that the corrective action with respect to these items was implemented as stated in your reply of May 31, 1978 to our letter dated May 22, 1978.
