%c ACRS Subcommittee on Evaluation of Licensee Event Reports will hold an open meeting on April 26, 27 and 23, 1979, in Room 1046, 1717 H Street, N.W.,

Washington, DC 20555.

In accordance with the procedures outlined in the Federal Register on October 4,1973, (43 FR 45926), oral or written statements may be presented by members of the public, recordings will be permitted only during those portions of the meeting when a transcript is being kept, and questions may be asked only by members of the Subcommittee, its consultants, and Staff.

Persons desiring to make oral statements should notify the Designated Fed-eral Employee as far in advance as practicable so that appropriate arrange-ments can be made to allow the necessary time during the meeting for such statements.

The agenda for subject meeting shall be as follows:

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, April 26, 27, and 28, 1979 8:30 a.m. until the conclusion of business each da h The Subcommittee will meet, with any of its consultants who may be present, representatives of the NRC Staff and their consultants, to con-tinue its review of Licensee Event Reports submitted during the period 1976-1978.

W e Subcommittee will a]so hold one or more open Executive Sessions to discusa Licensee Event Re;rarts and a planned Subcommittee report to the full Committee.
