Request for Additional Information APR 131979 The audits described in part 7b should be expanded in scope to include all activities under the 10 CFR Part 71 QA program.
This includes such things as document control, record maintenance, personnel training and certification, etc.
Provide a statement that each activity will be audited at least once each year.
