Request for Additional Information APR 131973 In Part 14, " Audits," one of the formal quarterly audits by the Radiographic Safety Officer should be replaced or augmented by an audit performed by an individual or team which has no responsibility in the activities being audited.

Thi: audit should include all activities related to radioactive material packaging, including the related activities of the Radiographic Safety Officer.

Include such a commitment in Part 14.
