Dear Mr. Sanders:
This is in response to your undated letter in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the "nuggat file."
Please find enclosed a copy of a list of the documents contained in the
" nugget file" and an explanation of its contents.
The " nugget file" is available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20555.
Copies of the
" nugget file", which comprises approximately 1,800 pages, can be ordered from the PDR at a cost of $0.08 per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission's regulations.
Billing will be by Potomac Research, Inc., the PDR's reproduction contractor.
