Dear Mr. MacDonald:
As an addendum + our request of January 23, 1979, we respectfully request an additional administrative change to Certificate of Compliance No. 9096, Revision 1, dated April 21, 1978. The requested change more definitely describes the contents of the package.
Change Condition 5 (b) contents to read:
(1) Type and form of material (i) Process solids, either dewatered, solid or solidified in secondary containers, meeting the requirements for low specific activity radioactive material, or (ii) Solid reactor components in secondary containers, as required, that meet the requirements for low specified activity radioactive material.
