(COMMISSIONER ACTION ITEM)
This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to General Electric Company.
The Cormr'ssion (with all Commissioners concurring) has accepted your recommendation to export to Mexico 377,600 kilograms of uranium, enriched to 4% U-235, in the form of uranium dioxide.
The Director of International Programs was authorized by telephone on March 2, 1979 to issue this license.
