OFFICE The Ccamission* was briefed on the NRC's general policies relating to differing professional opinions, including a discussion on existing policy with recard tc informing licensinc boards.

The CCT.F.ission noted that a proposed statement of NRC pciicy and procedures g

The Commission recuested that the statement include:
